My services

I offer a 1-2-1 executive level coaching service for managers wanting to start the next chapter in the journey to become great leaders.

Being a great leader is not only about a title, financial achievements or the number of award certificates on the wall, it is a judgement made by those you lead.

A successful coaching relationship is about finding the right coach to build the right relationship that will work for you. I have a natural ability to quickly build a rapport with people from a broad spectrum of backgrounds and experience, and will often use nature to stimulate coaching conversations with a difference - walking coaching sessions, meeting in rural locations or those places with meaning to the coachee. I may even invite horses to take part in the sessions too!

Consultancy

I can support organisations with short term, interim or project based support. My specialisms include business management, complaints processes, and governance. I can also deliver training seminars to individuals or groups as part of this work. This means my short term presence can have a long term benefit for your business.

I have a natural ability to form effective relationships quickly. I will use my toolkit of techniques build up over more than two decades in public sector to unlock the hidden potential of your employees. This will help organisations to new levels of success.

Working with my business partner Claire Noller under the banner of At Ease With Equines, we offer equine-facilitated wellbeing and personal growth sessions for people of all ages in an outdoor and natural environment, using horses as our co-facilitators.

Our approach can be applied to support all individuals and groups who may benefit from a demand-free experience in a natural environment. This includes victims of crime, those suffering from trauma, or anyone working in high stress environments who would benefit from a wellbeing session.
